MORe Planner - Introduction

To Begin...
To login, enter your Member Number and Click NEXT.

If you have logged in before

Enter your Password and click CONTINUE.

If this is your first time logging in

Step 1: Self Registration

You will be asked to answer three personal questions for identification purposes. The information you enter will be used to verify your account. The MORe Planner will cross reference your information as shown on your Annual Pension Statement and answers must include any characters and initials that appear. Note that answers are not case-sensitive.

Once completed, click CONTINUE.

Step 2: Set Password

Passwords:

Are case-sensitive
Must include at least one lowercase and one uppercase letter
Must include one number
Must include one special character
Must be 8 to 12 characters long

Enter a new Password in the space provided.
Confirm your Password by entering your new Password again.
Once completed, click CONTINUE.

Step 3: Enter Authentication Code.

Your mobile phone number is required to verify your identity

Enter your mobile phone number if it is not on file, including country code.
Verify your mobile phone number if it is on file. If it is incorrect, your will need Contact Us to have the number updated.

Enter the Authentication Code that was sent to your mobile phone number.
Click NEXT.

Forgot Password?

If you forget your Password:

Enter your Member Number on the MORe Planner home page and Click NEXT.
Click Forgot your Password?
Answer the questions that appear; click CONTINUE.
If you answer the questions correctly, you will be asked to create a new Password.
An authenication code will be sent to your mobile number.

If you cannot remember your Member Number, or are unsuccessful at generating a new Password, please Contact Us. Your access can be reset so you can login using Self Registration.
